A key aspect of healthy relationships is communicating consent. Consent is important to everyone. We recommend that all ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø students complete the Consent Matters training to ensure you understand what consent is, how to respect boundaries, and how to positively intervene in a situation as an active bystander.

A great way to make the most of your time in Halls is by coming along to the weekly Home at Halls events, with free food and drink, crafting and games these are a fun way to make new friends and take a break with your studies. These events take place weekly on Saturday afternoons, you can find the full schedule of upcoming events on the Home at Halls app.
Our University Halls are also within walking distance of our beautiful , and there are lots of local walks for you to enjoy too. You can also keep active with student memberships to the , located on Whiteknights campus.
Free Saturday events
The Hall Mentor team run activities every Saturday between 2-4pm in halls, usually in the common rooms. Look out for their weekly emails for details of what’s on. Alongside free activities, you can also enjoy free soft drinks, crisps and pizza. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, have fun, and pick up new skills.
