Thank you for taking part in our consultation earlier this year around our vision for the Loddon Garden Village. Following on from this consultation, the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is preparing an outline planning application and will be submitting it to Wokingham Borough Council by the end of August.
This outline application is an important step, building on the principles established in the Local Plan Update and our shared vision for Loddon Garden Village. It proposes the development of up to 2,800 homes, along with a wide range of essential facilities and infrastructure to create a thriving new community. Applications for the remaining homes will be submitted separately by Gleeson Land and Hatch Farm Land Ltd in the coming months.
